This nine-by-five-mile island is brimming with a vibrant, ever-changing larder. From honesty box farm stalls and bustling food markets to clifftop restaurants and beachside shacks, you’ll find plates piled high with the island’s finest produce – think velvety Jersey Dairy ice cream, buttery Jersey Royals, and locally grown oysters swept clean by one of Europe’s biggest tidal ranges.
Where else in Britain can you go from suitcase to seafood in under ten minutes – cracking into freshly caught crab with your toes in the sand and the sea as your soundtrack?
