Captained by local fisherman Leyton Hunnisett with his first mate, Gabby, Jade-S Fisheries is a small business providing incredible fresh, local seafood from shellfish to sea bass. Take a seat at Driftwood Café which is run by the duo, or keep an eye out for their vintage van which regularly appears across the island to pick up your next delicious catch.
