More Information
You may have heard about Forest Bathing and for good reason! The experience is sensory, focusing on the body and our environment - how nature supports us to be well. You'll feel revitalised with more energy, less stressed, lighter, your body better able to fight illness, focused and more able to think clearly. Shinrin-Yoku or Forest Bathing is a practice of connection and sensory relaxation originating in Japan.
The wanders are relaxed, time is looked after for you, all you need do is listen, observe and notice what is around you, as you wander through beautiful surroundings. A Cordon Bleu trained cook, Amanda will offer you a foraged herbal tea and homemade cake in a Japanese-inspired tea ceremony. Foraging walks may be booked also.
We are open all year round.
