More Information
Nature and Forest Bathing is known around the world - from the forests of Japan to these shores! You'll feel revitalised with more energy, less stressed, lighter, your body better able to fight illness, focused and more able to think clearly. Shinrin-Yoku or Forest Bathing is a practice of connection, sensory exploration, enjoyment and wonder.
The wanders are relaxed, time is looked after for you, all you need do is listen, observe and notice what is around you, as you wander through woodlands and/or coastal paths. Amanda brings 40 years of experience in personal exploration of natural landscapes, and 15 years of guiding nature-based experiences. Taste a sample of the wild with a foraged herbal tea in a simple ceremony to finish.

Jersey’s Wild Biome: Foraging for Wellbeing
Amanda Bond has been exploring the art of foraging for medicinal plants for a few years, and this year will be taking the radical step of living on wild foods as a volunteer for the Wild Biome Project 2 2025. Foraging walks are offered to get to know the wild foods that you'll find along the trails, with tasting opportunities.
