At Rock n Road, we love all things running and want to share our passion with you. Feel free to join any of our group runs which operate throughout the week. Alternatively, discover the beauty the island has to offer on your own two feet, by booking a guided running tour lead by experienced and qualified run-group leaders.

Rock n Road is Jersey's first specialist running store, founded by three passionate and experienced runners. Based out of the historic Liberty Wharf in St. Helier, we offer not only high quality running shoes and apparel across road and trail, but a range of services including group runs, guided trail tours, run coaching, strength and conditioning and gait analysis. Additionally, we operate a small cafe serving great coffee, sweet treats and light snacks. Perfect for catching up with friends or refuelling post-run. So whatever your goals or level of experience, pop in for a chat.

Explore the island on your own two feet with Rock n Road Run Co, Jersey's only specialist run store. From rugged cliffpaths, stunning singletrack and quiet country lanes to sandy beaches, dunes and shady forests, Jersey has it all. All tours are run by experienced and qualified run group leaders and we cater to any level of experience.

Saturday Trail Run with Rock n Road Run Co
Join us in exploring the many beautiful trails around the island. We meet at 8am every Saturday at a different location and run for 30, 60 or 90 minutes on an 'Out and Back' course, often followed by post-run coffee and cake. Run details are posted on our Rock n Road Instagram and Facebook pages every week so keep on eye out. All abilities welcome!
