This beautiful 32-acre park with valleys, woodland and some of the world’s rarest animals is the perfect chance to experience ‘the jewel in Jersey’s crown’. Relax and stay a while or see the best bits in under two hours. The zoo is situated four miles north of St. Helier, in the parish of Trinity. You can reach the zoo by car on the B31 or by public bus.

Summer Evenings at Jersey Zoo

Explore Jersey Zoo after hours with our summer evening sessions. Taking place on selected days in July and August, this will be your chance to see some of the zoo’s nocturnal species such as the Indian crested porcupines, aye ayes and mountain chicken frogs as they roam their enclosures at nighttime.

Extinction at Jersey Zoo

Explore a new trail across Jersey Zoo this summer, featuring 20 extinct animal sculptures made out of colourful toy bricks. From 17 July to 31 August, you can come face-to-face with some of the fascinating creatures that used to roam our planet, including a 3.5-metre-tall woolly mammoth, a hissing titanoboa and a giganthopithecus.
