Learn to breathe in harmony with the tides, mastering the art of presence in the moment. Clara will share techniques to harness the serene energy of the coast. This session is designed to engage your senses, a blend of gentle exploration and mindfulness, set against the backdrop of St. Ouen’s breathtaking scenery.
Duration: Approximately 2.00 hours. Difficulty: Easy.
Meet in the car park opposite Jersey Pearl where the ice cream van is normally parked. Bus 22. This is a family-friendly event, suitable for all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please wear sensible footwear for walking on sand.
