The 4 AA Rosettes, Ocean Restaurant combines luxury dining with stunning views across St. Ouen's Bay. Executive Chef, Will Holland has created a sophisticated selection of menus, including seasonal à la carte, daily changing market menu, al fresco menu, specially selected vegetarian dishes and a little one's menu too. Ocean’s design is influenced by its coastal setting with a modern classic look and white American shutters framing stunning views over the gardens to the ocean and famous sunsets beyond. The Tasting Room provides an exceptional gastronomic experience while the terrace allows for more relaxed dining in the summer months.
