Highlights:
• At 10am on Saturday renowned chef Michael Caines will launch the Chefs Charter and offer a short Q&A followed by the official opening of the festival at 11am
• Steven Lamb from River Cottage will MC the event and host the demo stage with engaging and interactive demos with local produce including beef, pork, lamb and Jersey cream
• Pop-up restaurants and exhibits from our members including Longueville Manor, The Slip by La Haule Manor, Nomu , The Lido, The Channel Islands Liquor Company, Kismet Cabana and Liberation Group
• Live music from local bands
• Educational area hosted by The RJHS and Jersey Dairy
• A farmers market offering local and seasonal produce
• Come together to celebrate all things local
