Immerse yourself in a 90 minute Bump Workshop for mums-to-be. Led by Cayley and May, this fantastic duo have come together to provide you with the knowledge, tools and techniques to empower you on your pre-natal journey.

Cayley will begin the workshop with a 45 minute Pilates practice where she will guide you through a series of movements designed to strengthen and stabilise your body throughout your pregnancy and aid with labour and birthing.
Midwife, Hypnobirthing teacher and founder of Positive Birth Jersey, May Bourne will lead a guided relaxation, along with some simple breath work, and focus on the importance of releasing tension during pregnancy and birth.
