Meet the farmers, The Le Gresley Family, who are dedicated to producing and supplying the local market with a diverse range of high-quality organic produce while continually seeking ways to maximise their positive impact on ecological systems.
And also meet, Chris Binney and Vicky Boarder, the dynamic duo who run their bustling kitchen operation on the farm; Binney and Boarder. Their outside catering delivers delectable seasonal organic food, inspired by nature itself.
