On Good Friday we shall be exploring the country lanes and tracks above St Peter's Valley. Spring is a very special time of year to enjoy our local wildlife with signs of new life, birds singing and bright colours all around.

Being high up we shall be in a good position to view Buzzard and Kestrel searching for prey in the fields and valley below. We are now seeing Bumblebees and a few other insects who have been drawn out by the warmer days and the plentiful wildflowers in the hedgerows.

Terrain: Mainly lanes, but some uneven woodland paths which could be very muddy. Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather. Good footwear essential.
