Flavours of Jersey: Foodie Tour with a Twist

We begin in Liberation Square, at the heart of St. Helier, next to the statue that celebrates our island's Liberation on 09 May 1945. As you wander the town’s winding lanes and lively streets, your guide will share the tale of the Saint who gave the town its name, along with the extraordinary history that shaped Jersey’s identity — from traders and fishing fleets to farmers and flower growers.

Our route leads us to the grand Victorian Central Market, a cathedral of colour and fragrance beneath its iron and glass roof. Here, stalls overflow with Jersey’s finest produce: glistening fruits, fragrant herbs, fresh vegetables and flowers in full bloom. It is here that you’ll taste some of the island’s signature treats, each chosen to showcase the richness of our land and sea.
