Join us on Thursday 23 March for a spectacular five course banquet crafted by five outstanding chefs who have all been part of Will Holland’s brigade at one time or another and have gone on to be famous chefs in their own right.

£200 per person to include a champagne reception and a five course dinner with paired wines (full payment required at the time of booking). This event will be based on shared tables of 8 or 10. VIP Tables of 10 can be purchased for £2,250 and include the opportunity to meet and greet the Famous Five chefs and receive a signed menu for each guest.

Writing a Book with Sophie Cousens
In single-session workshop, New York Times best-selling author Sophie Cousens will guide students through the basics of how to write a book. Students will learn motivation techniques, time management structures, and book project planning as well as how to craft, edit, develop and submit a manuscript for publication.

Reconnecting: Sense of Smell
At the end of this workshop, students will have a better understanding of their sense of smell. Students will use colours and words to explore the different ways that they experience fragrances and aromas. This workshop is led by artisanal perfumer Frances Lamb. Students are asked not to wear any perfumes or scented lotions to the class.
